Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date and time of purchase. We will accept a return for either a replacement or refund if you let us know you wish to do so within 30 days of the date and time of the purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (so that we can re-sell it) c/w receipt or proof of purchase.
Items exempted from return are:
-Special order, non-stock items procured in good faith on your behalf, or items cut for you to a specific size or length are exempt from return.
-Items with obvious signs of use or not in original condition, with damage, damaged packaging or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of a refund.
Refunds will be processed and a credit applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days and at the price paid. In the event of the return of a non-faulty item, we reserve the right to recover the original shipping costs and any other costs reasonably incurred.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged provided we are notified within 3 days of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Our products are sold at prices that include an element of cost for shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
